so what has happened to me since november 3? a lot! where to begin? well, i went to Chicago with my friend hillary to tour Wheaton college, which was AMAZING! everyone there is so nice, and i felt right at home (up until the time some of them found out i'm 15, then it got just a little awkward, but we were leaving the next day anyway). but i loved it! i got to sit in on an English lit class going thru Dante's The Divine Comedy, and the teacher was so smart and she made the book interesting, which is quite a feat! a bunch of us hung out in downtown Chicago, which is BEAUTIFUL at christmastime! there was an outdoor ice skating rink, so i felt like i had stepped into an old christmas movie! we went in this one store that had a HUGE train display. it was so fun!
the next week was Thanksgiving, and Robert came home! it was so fun, because his plane got in at 11:45 on tuesday night, and all of my cousins came and we went to the airport and held up big signs and screamed really loud when he got of the plane (to his humiliation:). it was so great to just have him around, it was like old times! i love thanksgiving, because all my aunts and my grandparents are in the kitchen cooking all day, and we all play football outside, and then we have a humongous meal at 2, and eat turkey, ham, casseroles, stuffing, vegetables, and so many desserts! and then we all go to the living room and sing praise and worship and talk about what we are thankful for, and then we sometimes watch a christmas movie, and we stay up til 4 in the morning just talking and hanging out and having pillow fights! it's always really quiet when everyone goes home!
now, my life is pretty much basketball and school. but its great!
today i'm studying for my ACT next week, using the ACT for dummies book, the best book ever written! it is so helpful!
i turn 16 on thursday!

I know that this is super-duper late, but happy belated sixteenth birthday! I hope it was a great one...
And it's funny that you should say that making Dante's Divine Comedy interesting was quite a feat cuz I actually happen to like the poem/book/thingy =P I *will* admit that the story's a little on the odd side, though... =D
