i am realizing how my spelling is actually rather pathetic. for example, i still don't know if i spelled "balloon" right!
anyways, last night i was at a football game and got stung by a wasp (not a scorpion as so many jokingly questioned) ON MY TOE! so now my toe is swelled up and is itching like crazy! i have no idea why i felt it was necessary to blog this, but i'm rather tired and had a long, but good, day, and now i have officially used far too many commas. my dad and i were talking about college today, and then somehow we got on the subject of the mob. our conversations are so random.
i have discovered that driving uses some muscles in my leg that i didn't know that i had, so i can barely walk on my right leg today. its kinda funny actually. driving is excercise! woo hoo!
ok, i am far too tired to be writing. people will think i'm drunk. when i'm tired, i have been known to become rather giddy.
for example, english class yesterday. i have never laughed so hard at absolutly nothing in my life. i feel very badly for poor Garrett, that he has to endure sitting next to me.
ok, sugar rush has passed. i'm going to sleep now.

driving
i got my learner's permit yesterday! it was very exciting, especially since i was one question away from failing! i'm pretty sure i would have bawled if that had happened. school has been going great, altho i had kind of an "off" day today. i'm not sure what was going on, but my brain was not working correctly. i hate it when that happens!
we have our first football game tomorrow, which means our first pep rally, so julie is uber-excited about that. its cute, because she is SO serious about getting us pumped up. we are going to be playing a predominantly muslim team, so that should be interesting! i get to sing the national anthem, but i have a cold so i'm kinda afraid the fans may be subjected to my very nasal rendition of the star spangled banner. i'll be drinking a lot of tea tomorrow.

how does one go about coming up with titles?
so on friday night i went to my hano's house and watched High School Musical 2 with a bunch of friends from school. the movie was amazing, i thought it was better than the first one! i'm sitting with an HSM hater at the moment so she is causing me to have writers block when it comes to the movie lol. nothing very interestin has been going on with me, we lost our volleyball game thursday and i played very badly.
i never know how to end these things, so TTFN! thats a little tigger humor for ya! my maturity level is astounding.

first day of school
obviously, today was my first day back at school. its my third year there, so i'm pretty used to "first days" by now. it always makes me think back to my first year here. the first day, i was absolutely terrified. everyone was really nice, but since i had been homeschooled, i had no idea what to expect, which made me really quiet and unapproachable. it was still a great year. i don't regret going to school at all! today was really fun, it was nice to see so many familiar faces.
anyway, this weekend i went to see my friends Matt and Linda and see their baby, Annabelle, get baptized. we stayed at the house of one of the elders in their church. the house was MASSIVE!! two stories with a screened in pool, a kitchen the size of half my house, a master suite with two offices, a bedroom and a bathroom bigger than my room! upstairs was a room they made for their grandkids, 4 sets of bunkbeds, two bathrooms, and a dress up closet! they had a home theater and a million movies! i watched 50 first dates, i can't recommend it. there were 3 more bedrooms on the top floor. it was just an incredible place to stay. we spent about an hour just walking thru the house! it was so great to see Matt and Linda.

mixed feelings
school starts monday! i'm having very mixed feelings about that. i'm excited because it means friends, sports, and not thinking so much; but i'm not excited about getting up early! oh, well, the good outweighs the bad!
robert had his first day of college yesterday, i'm hoping we will get a call from him soon.
julie is saying something in a very high, squeaky voice about carrots. no idea what that is about, but it is extremely distracting. i leave tomorrow morning to go to Gulf Shores, Alabama, to see my old youth pastor, Matt. his daughter, Annabelle, is getting baptized on sunday! she is so adorable! its a 12 hour drive, so i will be getting back VERY late sunday night, then i have school in the morning!
well, i have to go.

i'm BA-ack!
okay, that doesn't look as cool on the computer as it did in my head, but for those of you who have seen INDEPENDENCE DAY, you should get that reference. anyways, i am back from florida! it was great. it rained every afternoon, but it was still really fun. sea world only has two rides, but they are so great: a really good roller coaster and an AMAZING log ride. the shows were the best part, tho. dolphins, killer whales named shamu, sea lions and otters! it was so fun! then on thursday it rained all day, so we went to a dinner show called MEDIEVAL TIMES. it was a true medieval feast with garlic bread, chicken, spare rib, potatoes, and pastries, as well as the very historical pepsi to drink; for those of us who are not allowed to enjoy beer. we didn't have silverware because they never had silver ware back then. there was also a joust! it was so cool! the horses were gorgeous! well, i have to go. more later!
